PUPLIC CONTRACT IN CIVIL LAW: FUNCTIONG AND FEATURES

Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the public contract, including its defining features and the specifics of its implementation in practice. Attention is paid to the controversial issues faced by this institution of civil law. This work focuses on the study of the difficulties that arise in the process of applying public contracts in real life, including the unscrupulous behavior of consumers and the difficulties in terminating agreements. Options for improving the regulatory framework and achieving consistency in court decisions are proposed.
