FEATURES OF THE CONSIDERATION OF CASES INVOLVING JURORS PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

Abstract

The article analyzes the procedural features of the consideration of criminal cases involving jurors through the prism of the formation of a panel, the study of evidence and the stability of judicial decisions. The methodological basis consists of a formal-legal and structural-functional analysis of the provisions of criminal procedure legislation and scientific approaches to assessing the practice of jury trials. As a result, the key problem areas of the institute have been identified and the directions of its development have been substantiated, focused on strengthening guarantees of impartiality, procedural stability and trust in judicial decisions.
