MODERN PROBLEMS OF THE FORMATION OF THE JURY PANEL: THE BALANCE BETWEEN LEGALITY AND ENSURING THE OBJECTIVITY OF JUDICIAL PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

This article discusses the problems of forming a panel of jurors. It is noted that the legal institution of considering criminal cases with the participation of jurors is quite complex, and the problems of legal regulation of its formation are not acceptable. At the same time, the existence of such problems is confirmed by many researchers and generalization of practical experience. In this regard, the author identifies these problems and suggests possible solutions.
