PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION OF THE LEGALITY AND VALIDITY OF THE TERMINATION OF CRIMINAL CASES AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION

Abstract

In this scientific research paper, the author conducts a detailed analysis of the legal aspects of prosecutorial supervision of the legality and validity of the termination of criminal cases and criminal prosecution in the modern criminal justice system of the Russian state. Special attention is paid to the regulatory framework, the procedural control mechanisms of the prosecutor's office, the key issues and areas of reform of oversight in the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the balance between the institution of protection of the rights of suspects and victims, as well as the effectiveness of the implementation of the principle of legality in criminal proceedings.
