Abstract

This article examines the subject and objectives of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of laws by bodies conducting investigations, inquiries, and operational-search activities. It identifies key areas of prosecutorial intervention aimed at ensuring the rule of law, protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals and citizens, and preventing and eliminating violations of legislation in this area. Special attention is given to current issues and trends in the development of prosecutorial supervision.
