PROBLEMS OF EXECUTION OF THE INVESTIGATOR'S WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS

Abstract

The article describes the types and classification of the investigator's written instructions. Special attention is paid to the consideration of problematic issues related to the execution of the investigator's instructions, examples are given that reveal the main essence of these problems. The article also provides recommendations for improving the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation.
