Abstract

The article describes the process of initiating a criminal case. Special attention is paid to the consideration of issues of legal regulation of criminal procedure deadlines at the stage of initiation of a criminal case, examples are given that have a special impact on this process. The article also provides recommendations for improving legal regulation.
