PREVALENCE OF BURNOUT SYNDROME AMONG MEDICAL STAFF IN OUTPATIENT CARE
Abstract
The study focuses on the problem of burnout syndrome among medical staff, particularly in outpatient care. Medicine belongs to the category of "human-to-human" professions and involves significant emotional resources, as it requires constant interpersonal communication. The high level of responsibility creates additional emotional stress. As a result, medical professionals face daily stress in their work environment. This contributes to the development of burnout syndrome. A questionnaire was conducted using the V.V. Boyko method among doctors and nurses. The results of the survey revealed the prevalence of burnout syndrome among medical staff in outpatient care.
