SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROSECUTOR'S POWERS TO OVERSEE DECISIONS ON THE TERMINATION OF INVESTIGATIONS INTO CORRUPTION CASES
Abstract
This scientific article analyzes the main problems that arise in the exercise of the prosecutor's powers to oversee decisions on the termination of investigations into corruption cases. The author examines the key legal mechanisms governing this area, as well as identifies gaps and limitations that make it difficult to effectively implement oversight functions. Special attention is paid to the causal factors that affect the quality of prosecutorial supervision, as well as recommendatory characteristics for improving modern Russian legislation and its application practice in order to increase the level of combating corruption crimes.
