PROBLEMS OF IMPLEMENTING THE AUTHORITIES OF THE ENTREPRENEURS COMMISSIONER IN THE CONTEXT OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE RELATIONS

Abstract

The article examines the actual problems of the participation of the Commissioner for the Rights of Entrepreneurs in criminal proceedings. The work examines in detail such problems as the lack of a clear procedural status, limited access to criminal case materials, the advisory nature of the Ombudsman's instructions for law enforcement agencies, as well as the potential conflict of his powers with the functions of a defender.
