DIAGNOSIS OF DESTRUCTIVE COMMUNICATION PATTERNS IN COUPLES AS A TOOL FOR PREVENTING FAMILY CONFLICTS

Abstract

This article explores the critical role of early diagnosis of destructive communication patterns in couples for preventing the escalation of family conflicts. It presents the results of a comprehensive empirical study aimed at identifying and classifying specific communication styles and establishing their correlation with the level of conflict and relationship satisfaction. A diagnostic algorithm integrating standardized questionnaires and observational methods is proposed and tested. Based on the findings, detailed practical recommendations are developed for counseling psychologists, focusing on the use of diagnostic tools in preventive work with couples.
