THE PROBLEM OF MOTIVATING A MEMBER OF THE INVESTIGATIVE BODIES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

The concept of professional motivation of a member of an investigative body is disclosed in this article, the main motives of activity are highlighted, examples with results of studies of motivation of candidates for positions and active members of investigative bodies of the Russian Federation are provided, study the concept and types of incentives for work, recommendations are made to increase the motivation of these persons.
