ANALYSIS OF PRODUCTION CONTROL AND RECORDING OF NEGOTIATIONS AS AN INVESTIGATIVE ACTION

Abstract

This article is devoted to an in-depth analysis of monitoring and recording of negotiations as a combined investigative action. We define the concept, revealing the subject and procedures for its legitimate implementation. Based on legislation and practice, a consistent structure for the implementation of this action is proposed. A detailed list of procedural actions has been formulated to ensure the correctness of the procedure and respect for the rights of participants. The need for changes in the procedure for monitoring and recording negotiations is indicated in order to increase the effectiveness of using the results obtained during the investigation and in court. The proposed improvements are aimed at the validity of decisions and improving the quality of investigative work to achieve justice.
