Abstract

This article examines the current issue of the relationship between the prosecutor's supervision and the internal control of agencies. It analyzes the current interpretations of the definitions of these two legal institutions and identifies specific aspects of their legal essence. The article also discusses key theoretical provisions and principles that distinguish prosecutorial supervision from agency control.
