Abstract

Inquiry in abbreviated form is a modern form of preliminary investigation, therefore it is considered by researchers as the most promising. In this article, the authors analyze the main features of the abbreviated form of inquiry, describe the criteria for production, and analyze the procedural rules governing inquiries in this form.
