PROBLEMS OF CONDUCTING PUBLIC PROSECUTION IN COURT WITH JURY PARTICIPATION

Abstract

The article examines current issues faced by public prosecutors when exercising their powers in court with jury participation. It analyzes the specifics of communication with the jury, psychological aspects of presenting the prosecution, problems related to the assessment of the admissibility of evidence, and the professional ethics of the prosecutor. The study is based on the norms of the criminal procedural legislation of the Russian Federation, the practice of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, and the works of well-known Russian legal scholars. It concludes that specialized training for prosecutors is necessary for effective performance in this process.
