PROBLEMATIC ASPECTS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND CONDUCT OF THE INTERROGATION OF A MINOR VICTIM OR WITNESS

Abstract

The scientific article is devoted to the study of problematic aspects in the organization and conduct of interrogation of a minor as a witness or victim. In particular, the criminal procedure rules for conducting such activities are analyzed. The main psychological characteristics of underage witnesses or victims are revealed. Questions are being raised about the involvement of teachers and psychologists in the interrogation.
