The article presents a theoretical and practical analysis of financial well-being within the framework of the auto-ordinational approach in psychology and psychotherapy. Financial thinking is interpreted as a reflection of a person’s internal state, the degree of harmony and order of his or her mental processes. Article shows that money represents a form of free physiopsychic resource not bound by psychological defenses or hidden tension centers. Clinical observations demonstrate the relationship between the release of accumulated emotional tension and the improvement of material well-being. The article discusses the distinctive features of the auto-ordinational approach compared to other psychological schools and highlights its potential as an integral system for restoring internal resources and human prosperity.
