ASSIGNMENT OF AUTHORSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CREATED USING NEURAL NETWORKS: IN SEARCH OF A SOLUTION

Abstract

The article attempts to identify problems of doctrine and law enforcement caused by insufficient theoretical elaboration of issues related to the regulation of intellectual property rights created by neural networks, especially in the field of copyright protection. As part of a comparative analysis of copyright legislation, the author draws attention to the need for a unified institution of digital law, and the elaboration at the legislative level of definitions: «neural network», «blockchain», «digital asset», «non-fungible data».
