ON THE QUESTION OF FORMING PERSONNEL POLICY IN AN EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The scientific article examines the problem of personnel development in an educational organization and proposes an approach to its solution. With the formation of a market mechanism in the field of education and the widespread introduction of information technology, the needs of the human resource management structure have changed, such as human resource planning, productivity and quality management in educational organizations, which determined the relevance of the topic. The effectiveness and success of an educational organization depends on how quickly the goals are achieved and what resources. The methods and tools of human resource management, as well as the stages of formation and implementation of personnel policy in an educational organization, were systematized.
