Abstract

This article is devoted to the development and experimental substantiation of the methodology for the development of coordination abilities. A feature of the experimental method was that the tasks for the development of coordination abilities were solved purposefully using various methodological    approaches regarding the technique of exercises in the studied section of the   program.
