THE ROLE OF THE PROSECUTOR IN ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the role of the prosecutor in arbitration proceedings of the Russian Federation. The author examines the main functions and powers of the prosecutor, emphasizing his key role in protecting public interests, ensuring legality and preventing abuses in the economic sphere. Special attention is paid to the participation of the prosecutor in bankruptcy cases, where he acts as a guarantor of the rights of all parties, including the detection of fraudulent schemes and protection of socially vulnerable categories of citizens.
