This article examines the process of transferring rights to residential premises in the context of inheritance, focusing on the specifics and legal aspects related to family relations. The authors analyze the current legislation regarding the inheritance of real estate, as well as its impact on the rights of heirs within the family. The key issues related to the determination of inheritance shares and the rights to live in inherited residential premises are highlighted.
