SOME PROBLEMS OF THE PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION IN CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

This scientific article is devoted to certain problems of prosecutorial supervision in correctional institutions. Among the relevant areas, the following were identified: occupational safety of women in penal colonies; issues of juvenile convicts staying in correctional institutions and activities in correctional institutions. The authors concluded that it is necessary to increase interdepartmental cooperation and preventive measures for the effective implementation of the supervisory powers of the prosecutor's office in these institutions.
