THE CONCEPT OF PARENTAL RIGHTS AND THEIR LIMITATION IN RUSSIAN FAMILY LAW

Abstract

This article examines the concept of parental rights in relation to Russian family law, their features, as well as the grounds for restricting these rights. The grounds for lifting the restriction of parental rights are being considered. A comparison is made between the restriction and deprivation of parental rights, their common and special characteristics are revealed. The problems faced by this institution of family law are considered and measures are proposed to resolve them. At the end of the article, the results are summarized and recommendations are formulated to improve the mechanism for protecting parental rights and children's rights in the Russian Federation.
