ANALYSIS OF INCIDENCE OF DISEASES OF THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM IN THE CHILDREN'S POPULATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

Diseases of the digestive system in children occupy the second place in the structure of somatic pathology of childhood.

Analysis of the general incidence of diseases of the digestive system in children aged 0-14 years by subjects of the Russian Federation showed that the highest rate is observed in the Volga and Central Federal Districts. The average level of incidence is observed in four federal districts: Northwestern, Southern, Ural and Siberian. The lowest incidence of children is observed in two districts - the North Caucasian and Far Eastern.

In the structure of diseases of the digestive system in children, gastritis and duodenitis occupy the leading position, in second place with an insignificant difference - diseases of the gallbladder and biliary tract. In third place - non-infectious enteritis and colitis, then - diseases of the pancreas and the least common are liver diseases and gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer.
