Abstract

: this scientific article analyzes the main areas of prosecutorial supervision of the activities of internal affairs bodies. The study focuses on the fundamental principles of the implementation of prosecutorial supervision, including checking the legality and validity of decisions and actions taken by law enforcement officers.
