FICTITIOUS MARRIAGE AND FICTITIOUS DIVORCE: QUESTIONS OF THEORY AND PRACTICE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of fictitious marriages and divorces in the Russian Federation. This article analyzes the concepts of fictitious marriages and divorces that have formed in Russian judicial practice, and provides examples demonstrating the manifestations of fictitious marriages and divorces. Considering that fictitious marriages and divorces harm the legitimate interests of the state, a proposal has been made regarding the need to formalize or give legal meaning to the analyzed concepts using measures of public responsibility.
