TYPES OF LEGAL FACTS AND THEIR CLASSIFICATION IN CIVIL LAW

Abstract

This article is devoted to the types of legal facts and their classification in civil law. Attention is paid to the classification of legal facts that are used in civil law. The article considers the question of what is the peculiarity of the classification of legal facts in civil law. It is being investigated whether the functions of legal facts can be used in a broader sense than is stipulated in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
