DRIVING TO SUICIDE: THE CONCEPT, SIGNS OF COMPOSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract

This article examines the criminal law category of "driving to suicide", the concept, signs of composition and responsibility for the crime provided for in Article 110 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Various forms of unlawful influence on the victim have been identified that can bring a person to a state where suicide becomes his only option. The article also discusses the controversial issues of the qualification of this crime, and suggests ways to improve law enforcement practice.
