THE HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT AND FORMATION OF THE LEGAL INSTITUTION OF THE MARRIAGE CONTRACT IN RUSSIA

Abstract

This article examines the history of the development and formation of the marriage contract as a legal institution in Russia. The evolution of the legal regulation of property relations between spouses from the pre-revolutionary period to the present is studied. The key stages of the development of the legislation on the marriage contract are analyzed, the factors that influenced its formation and current state are identified. Special attention is paid to the problems of the institution of the marriage contract in the Russian Federation.
