Abstract
this article discusses current issues of prosecutorial supervision in the field of alternative punishment for minors. Alternative punishments such as community service, fines, and correctional measures are becoming increasingly common in modern criminal law practice aimed at rehabilitating young people and reducing recidivism. However, their use requires special control and supervision to ensure compliance with legal norms and interests of minors.
