PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION OF COUNTERING CYBERCRIME ON THE INTERNET

Abstract

The presented article is aimed at addressing issues related to determining the specifics of prosecutorial supervision of countering cybercrime on the Internet. The authors analyze the regulatory framework of prosecutorial supervision, determine its main directions. Considerable attention is paid to problematic aspects of prosecutorial supervision and the definition of ways to solve them.
