CHANGING THE LAW ON THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE AS A RESPONSE TO MODERN CHALLENGES

Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of changes in the Russian legislation on the prosecutor's office as a response to modern challenges. The article examines the trends of reforming the prosecutorial system to increase the effectiveness of supervisory activities in the face of new threats, in particular, in the areas of anti-corruption, protection of rights, economic activity and the digital environment. The impact of the changes on the organization, competence and personnel of the prosecutor's office is analyzed.
