THE POWERS OF THE PROSECUTOR AT THE STAGE OF PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION

Abstract

The presented research is aimed at the consideration of topical issues related to the definition of powers of prosecutors of the Russian Federation in the stage of preliminary investigation. The authors provide a general characteristic of the prosecutor's powers in this stage, their classification. The main attention is emphasized on problematic issues and determination of ways of their solution.
