PROBLEMS OF PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF ACTS OF PROSECUTORIAL RESPONSE IN THE SUPERVISION OF PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION BODIES

Abstract

The presented article is aimed at identifying the problems that characterize the activities of prosecutors in the preparation and application of acts of prosecutorial response in the supervision of preliminary investigation bodies. The paper analyzes the current state of the regulatory and legal regulation of the supervisory activities of prosecutors, the position of representatives of the scientific community on issues related to individual acts of prosecutorial response. In conclusion, proposals are formulated to amend the current legislation.
