TERMINOLOGY IN CIVIL LAW

Abstract

This article is devoted to theoretical issues related to the use of terminology in civil law. The article raises issues related to the concept and terms used in civil law. The classifications of terminology proposed by various scientists are also considered, which is the specificity of the terminology of civil law at the present stage of its application. It turns out which terms are most commonly used at the moment. Possible problems of terminology in civil law are identified. The completion of the work contains a conclusion about the purpose of terminology in civil law.
