PRINCIPLES OF FAMILY LAW

Abstract

This article analyzes the norms of the Family Code of the Russian Federation concerning the fundamental principles of family law, as well as the views of scientists on the legal nature of these principles. Special attention is paid to recommendations for supplementing existing principles aimed at their deepening and development.
