ON THE QUESTION OF THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE FUNCTIONS OF CRIMINAL PROSECUTION, PROSECUTION AND PROSECUTORIAL SUPERVISION

Abstract

This article is devoted to the consideration of the relationship between the functions of criminal prosecution, prosecution and prosecutorial supervision. The article analyzes the limits of the correlation of these functions, which leads to the conclusion that the function of prosecution is part of the function of criminal prosecution, but criminal prosecution is not always associated with prosecution. The functions of prosecutorial supervision and public prosecution are independent in terms of content, but their duality is explained by the connection in their implementation by the prosecutor.
