LEXICAL MEANS OF EXPRESSING EMOTIVITY IN GERMAN

Abstract

The subject of this study focuses on the usage of interjections and modal particles in the German language, as well as the ways in which emotions are intensified through linguistic means. The functions of interjections, modal particles, and emotional intensification are examined in detail. The study explores how the degree of emotional expression influences perception, utilizing various linguistic techniques such as lexical intensifiers, aggregation, and idioms. Additionally, reflexive pronouns are analyzed as a significant element of language, highlighting their role in emphasizing different aspects of personality and their connection to emotional states.
