The article identifies the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional and value orientations among students of pedagogical universities in Russia and China. Categories such as "organizational and pedagogical conditions", including organizational and pedagogical aspects, as well as "professional and value orientations" in relation to the training of teaching staff in universities in Russia and China, are also considered.
