Abstract

This article examines the problems of the investigator's interaction with the internal affairs bodies and other participants in the investigation. The aspects of managing the investigation process, the difficulties encountered in the process of interaction between the investigator and other participants in the process, as well as interpersonal and organizational problems are analyzed.
