PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF MINORS AS A PRIORITY OF RUSSIA'S SOCIAL POLICY

Abstract

The Russian Federation, according to the Constitution, as the basic law, is a social state. Numerous institutional formations of the country's management system are guarding its priorities. The author examines the activities of one of them: the Kaluga regional office for the protection of children's rights. Both his significant achievements and problems in the way of fulfilling direct functional duties are analyzed. As empirical evidence shows, all the main difficulties are associated with the imperfection of the software-targeted support of the ongoing process. From the perspective of multifactorial monitoring, the search is underway for new, more effective algorithms for performing the duties of the device. Specific conclusions and recommendations are given.
