FORMS OF PRELIMINARY INVESTIGATION AND THEIR CORRELATION

Abstract

Within the framework of the presented article, a comparative analysis of two forms of preliminary investigation is carried out preliminary investigation and inquiry. The author concludes that there are both similarities and significant differences between these stages, especially in terms of the subjects of their implementation, the timing of the investigation, etc. Based on the research, a comparative table has been compiled, presented in this scientific article.
