THE PROBLEMS OF ENSURING INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS IN THE CONDUCT OF SECRET INVESTIGATIVE ACTIONS

Abstract

 This article is devoted to the consideration of the problems of ensuring individual rights and freedoms in the conduct of secret investigative actions. The author of the article describes the specifics and procedural features of the production of secret investigative actions. Using the example of monitoring and recording negotiations, the author of the article reveals certain problems of ensuring individual rights and freedoms in criminal proceedings. It is concluded that during the production of secret investigative actions, ensuring the rights and freedoms of the individual is truncated.
